Stanley Ngaine: B.Com (Hons.), FCCA, ACMA and CPA (K)

Mr. Ngaine was instrumental in the establishment of then Sterling Securities Ltd. in 1994. He became its first Managing Director following its licensing as a Stockbroker by CMA. He was an active member of the NSE including being a Director during the 1994/95 period. He was also the Chairman of the Association of Kenya Stockbrokers for the period 1998/99.
Mr. Ngaine has previously worked in senior positions with Gailey & Roberts, Esso, Standard Kenya Ltd, IDB (Industrial Development Bank) and recently as Director of Fiscal and Monetary policy at the Treasury. As Director of Fiscal and Monetary policy he represented the Treasury in the boards of IDB, Consolidated Bank, E.A. Portland Cement, Pan African Mills, Retirement Benefits Authority, Stanbic bank and Capital Markets Authority. Major work experience includes financial restructuring, consolidation, rehabilitation schemes, valuation of state owned enterprises, share valuation of quoted & unquoted companies, sponsoring IPO's, tax policy & analysis and tax modeling and forecasting.
He currently is a member of the NSE Board of Directors.

Ahmed S. Ndope: B. Com (Hons.), MBA
Executive Director
Mr. Ndope's experience in capital markets and stock broking in particular is vast. He joined Dyer & Blair Limited in 1983 and oversaw the growth of the company from a tiny operation to a well-known, professional organization. During his tenure he was actively involved in the development of the Nairobi Stock Exchange – including the transition from the call over system to the modern exchange it is today. Mr. Ndope has been involved in many public offerings, many of them being Privatizations, as head of the Sponsoring Brokers team or supporting brokers.
Among these are Kenya Airways where he spearheaded the largest placement. Others include, Firestone, NBK, KCB, CMC, Uchumi, ICDC, and IPS Serena. In addition, he has vast experience in corporate affairs. He has sat and continues to sit in many company boards including those of investment companies, Stockbrokers and Insurance companies among others.
His vast experience in capital markets has seen him make numerous contribution as a resource person in seminars as well as making contribution in the form of articles on capital market issues..

John E. Kirimi: B.Com (Hons.), CPA (K), CPS (K), FCCA
Executive Director
Mr. Kirimi has served in various senior capacities in both Finance and General Management within the D. T. Dobie Group of Companies between 1976 and 2004 when he retired. He was also a Director of Kenya Rent A Car Ltd, Kolobot Gardens Ltd, R B Shaw (Africa) Ltd, Kingsway Towers Ltd and Dobie Cooper Motors Ltd.
Mr. Kirimi has also served on the boards of Kenya Commercial Bank and the Motor Trade and Allied Employers Association and is the immediate former Treasurer of the Nairobi University Council, Trustee Nairobi University Pensions Scheme and Chairman of its Investment Committee.
Mr. Kirimi is the current vice chairman to the Kenya Association of Stockbrokers and Investment Banks.

David Ithanya: BSc. Elec. Eng (UCT)
Executive Director
Mr. Ithanya has been in business in South Africa since 2003 and has a particular interest in investments and fund management. With African markets being probed more and more by investors and fund managers around the world, David is well exposed to exploit these opportunities - especially since South Africa is generally perceived to be the conduit into African markets for international investors.
