Stanley Ngaine: B.Com (Hons.), FCCA, ACMA and CPA (K)
Chairman
Mr. Ngaine is the Chairman instrumental in the establishment of then Sterling Securities Ltd. in 1994. He became its first Managing Director following its licensing as a Stockbroker by CMA. He was an active member of the NSE including being a Director during the 1994/95 period. He was also the Chairman of the Association of Kenya Stockbrokers for the period 1998/99.
Mr. Ngaine overseas the whole business by guiding the Sterling team.
He currently is a member of the NSE Board of Directors.

Ahmed S. Ndope: B. Com (Hons.), MBA
Executive Director
Mr. Ndope's experience in capital markets and stock broking in particular is vast. He joined Dyer & Blair Limited in 1983 and oversaw the growth of the company from a tiny operation to a well-known, professional organization.
Mr. Ndope oversees the Trading and Research Departments at Sterling.

John E. Kirimi: B.Com (Hons.), CPA (K), CPS (K), FCCA
Executive Director
Mr. Kirimi has served in various senior capacities in both Finance and General Management.
He served on the boards of Kenya Commercial Bank and the Motor Trade and Allied Employers Association and is the immediate former Treasurer of the Nairobi University Council, Trustee Nairobi University Pensions Scheme and Chairman of its Investment Committee.
Mr. Kirimi is the current vice chairman to the Kenya Association of Stockbrokers and Investment Banks.
He overlooks the Finance and Administration at Sterling Capital, ensuring the smooth business continuity of the company.

David Ithanya: BSc. Elec. Eng (UCT)
Executive Director
David has been a director at Sterling Capital since 2006 and focuses on business development initiatives at SC. David previously worked on a start up in South Africa from 2003 in the ICT industry.
With the increased interest of foreign investors who are increasingly using South Africa as a conduit to the rest of Africa, part of David's role is to leverage off contacts and partnerships in South Africa to increase flows in trading as well as secure potential mandates from businesses and investors interested in Kenyan and East African Opportunities.
