Heads of departments are as follows: -
Head of Trading (Chief Dealer):Headed by Eva Njuguna who took charge of the dealing department at SIB in 2008 and has been part of the successful growth in volume and market share in equities trading since. Eva joined the company in 2005 after working at the Central Depository and Settlement Corporation from its inception. At SIB, Eva is responsible for the day to day execution of orders at the trading floor, for establishing working relationships with investors, and for ensuring smooth co-operation between the back office and the trading desk. Eva has a BSc. Mathematical Statistics and is in the final stages of completing her M.A. She also has a Certificate from the Securities Industry Training Institute, East Africa (SITI) in Portfolio Management.

Eric joined SIB in 2005 where he was Chief Dealer for 3 years during which he was instrumental in the growth of the company's corporate book. In 2008, he moved to CfC Stanbic Financial Services where he was the Corporate and Institutional Sales Executive for a year and a half. He joins us back having gained extensive experience in structuring and establishing working relationships with foreign investors around the world. He has a Bsc. - International Business Administration from United States International University (USIU) and is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance at University of Nairobi.

Head - Fixed Income Trading Headed by Peter Mwirigi who has extensive experience in debt placement and secondary bond trading. He previously worked with Dyer and Blair Investment Bank for three years and was involved in the following bond issues; Sasini 5-yr Medium Term Note, CfC-Stanbic, Mabati Rolling Mills 5-year note, Shelter Afrique 3-year note and Kengen PIBO.
He holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelors in Commerce (Accounting Option) as well as CFA 1

Finance Department: Headed by Nancy Noreh. She joined SIB in 2006. Prior to joining, Nancy worked at Text Book Centre. Nancy has been instrumental in the organization of the department, ensuring it complies with the Regulatory Standards. Within the department, there is a Compliance Officer who audits systems and procedures to ensure full compliance with established company rules and regulations. She holds a BA – Economics and ACCA.

Operations Department: Headed by Johnstone Mwombe. He joined SIB in 2006 and is in-charge of synchronization of the trading platform, front office and back office. He has been instrumental in the harmonization of back-office operations; the organization and coordination of Share Public offers, trades verifications and confirmations. Previously, he worked with Central Depository and Settlement Corporation. He was instrumental in the implementation of structures and operations procedures with the advent of the Centralized Electronic Share Database that culminated in the Automated Traded System.
Front Office Department: Headed by Benson Kasyoka. Ben displayed an instinct for customer service right from when he joined SIB in 2005. His experience in Customer Service previously complements his instincts well.

IT Department: Headed by Abdul Kangi. He has been with SIB since its inception and has served in various capacities in the dealing, finance and operations departments. He now drives the Company's IT services to deliver innovative business and technology solutions. Email
